Absences Whiteboard

If you are taking off, late, or are leaving early on a day that IS NOT already on the Absences Form .
If you already take off 1-2 days a week you must write down what day you plan to make up the absences that week.
- ex. "Mr. Jackson - Tuesday"

If the absences is already included on the Absences Form
You DO NOT need to write down a make up day if you only take one day and you already attend 4 rehearsals each week

the absence is already included on the Absences Form you don't have to do anything.

the absence is not on the form you write your name on the white board for the day you will be absent, late, leaving early, etc.

you already plan to attend 4 days a week you are done!

you already plan to take off 1-2 days each week you must write what day you plan to make it up.

ex. Mr. Jackson (水）

you are arriving late or leaving early just write your name and the time you will be leaving or arriving.

ex. Mr. Jackson (17:00)
